Canine viruses are caused in dogs by coronavirus. It is really contagious and fatal disease for dogs. But remember these diseases are not transmitted to human beings from the dogs or puppies. Canine Virus is most common in puppies and it is transmitted by the oral contact with the bowl in which certain dog has its every meal or oral contact with feces basically Canine Coronavirus is transmitted into dog’s due unhygienic environment as well as atmosphere. Canine Virus itself is of two diverse forms.

 1. Anorexia: which causes loss of Appetite due to which your dog or puppy won’t feel hunger or thirst at all.

2.Intestinal form: it causes frequent vomiting and the dog will continuously excrete the waste products out of its body. And Intestinal form is the most common type among the canine viruses. 

Vaccinations:

Unlike Feline Infectious Peritonitis Canine Coronavirus has a lot of affective cure which will vanish the disease in the dogs like anything. Some of the vaccinations are mentioned below which are really affective for dogs and are mainly used for the cure of this disease. 

1. Canine Core Vaccines:

Core Vaccination is for Canine parvovirus (CPV), canine distemper Virus (CDV), canine adenovirus and rabies. It is used for the dog’s and puppy’s vaccination and mainly recommended for those dogs and puppies out there who have unknown vaccination history. These vaccines prevent illness, tiredness, breathing issues, vomits and many other diseases from the dogs and puppies. Canine vaccines are considered as the safe and secure vaccines and proving as the healthier vaccine for over a decade.    

2. Canine Parvovirus, Distemper Virus and Adinovirus-2 Vaccines:

From 6-8 weeks puppies it is solemnly recommended to give (MLV) CPV, CDV and CAV-2 vaccines every 3-4 weeks, but the final boaster shouldn’t be given anytime sooner than 16 weeks. 2 doses of modified form of virus (MLV) CPV, CDV and CAV-2 should be given to the dogs older than 16 weeks frequently every 3-4 weeks. And then revaccinations are recommended after 3 years but final boaster should be given every 6 month or 1 year. Revaccination can be done before that in any exceptional case or disease is caught by the dog. CAV-1 is mostly not recommended by the doctors because CAV-2 vaccines have the same affected and immunity to CAV-1. Plus, CAV-2 is not at all harmful in any form and usage of it cause less everyday contrary actions. 

3. Canine Rabi virus Vaccines:

According to law of California, it is to be stated that, dose of killed rabies vaccines should be given to dogs whose age is 12 weeks or 3 months. Not only to them dose of killed rabies viruses can be give to the dogs whose owners doesn’t remember which vaccination they are giving their dogs or in short to those who doesn’t know the history of their vaccines. Apart from killer rabies vaccines a boaster is compulsory every year or six month and then after that rabies vaccines in order to save your dog from any kind of viral or bacterial disease. 

4. Canine Distemper-Measles Combination Vaccines:

This vaccine is used for only household, kennel or shelter dogs in order to control their distemper or discomforts. It is recommended to give this vaccine to the dogs 4 and 12 weeks older. Within 72 hours this vaccine’s protection occurs in the dogs and these vaccines are highly affective. Only one dose of CDV should be given to the dogs after that they are anti-measles and discomfort free.
